ESPA offers a range of solution-led face, body
and massage treatments, each designed and
tailored to ensure that clients experience the
best physical and emotional therapeutic benefits depending on their requirements.
We recognise highly trained staff are vital to
the running of a successful operation and critical
to your retail business. Our aim is to recruit
and educate to a level that provides inspiration
and motivation to deliver award-winning
standards. Finding, training and retraining the
team is paramount to a spa’s success and we
invest focus and energy into finding the right
people, both attitude and skill set-wise, to
build spa teams. All ESPA courses are taught
by internationally recognised trainers who are
vastly experienced therapists themselves.
Our global spa team includes over 150 inhouse
professionals with vast experience in
the luxury spa industry and a collective expertise
that is unrivalled, encompassing all areas
from financial analysis and design concepts
to spa management. Many have over 10 years’
industry experience, allowing ESPA to offer
clients the collective skills and wisdom that
will give their spa that essential edge – both
in the early stages and throughout our handson
operational management phase.
Our treatments offer unparalleled benefits and our results-driven products are free
from synthetic colour, fragrance, parabens,
phthalates, DEA, TEA, SLS, SLES, silicone and
petrolatum. All ESPA products are produced
in the UK at our state-of-the-art manufacturing
site which is licensed and accredited by
the Soil Association, Ecocert and the Organic
Food Federation and accredited by the Fairtrade
Foundation. This allows ESPA complete
control of the production process from start
to finish, ensuring our products are exceptional
in every way.

Plans for 2013/14
We plan to build on our spa development, with
openings in India, China, the Middle East and
the US. We're launching multiple products
across a variety of categories and will also be
focusing on ESPA In-Room Amenities – highquality,
natural and bespoke formulas with
100 per cent natural essential oil fragrances
– to increase guest’s luxury spa experience.
