The Ticket Factory has secured the ticketing contract for next year’s LEN European Aquatics Championships at the London Aquatics Centre at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
Under the agreement with Swimming Championships 2016 Ltd, The Ticket Factory has built a bespoke white-label ticketing solution.
It will now work with the Local Organising Committee to deliver a sports marketing campaign for sales ahead of the event in May 2016.
The Ticket Factory is also handling full contact centre, fulfilment and box office services for the LEN European Aquatics Championships.
It is estimated that over 30,000 tickets will be sold for the Championships which are returning to London for the first time since 1938.
The solution will include a mobile optimised website and an event booking system which lets customers select tickets for swimming, diving and synchronised swimming, payments through PayPal and dedicated customer service support.
The Championships are held every two years and in 2016 will focus on three disciplines; swimming, diving and synchronised swimming between May 9 and 22.
