Pure Massage co-founder Beata Aleksandrowicz demonstrated the Body Movement technique at her residency at the Dormy House Hotel in May Pure Massage has debuted a new massage technique designed to improve body alignment, flexibility and boost energy levels.
The Body Movement Pure Massage technique is a unique method developed by Pure Massage co-founder Beata Aleksandrowicz and is a fusion of eastern and western techniques. It claims to deliver a modern and effective experience without the use of oil, with clients remaining fully clothed throughout the process.
The massage begins with gentle rocking movements that are designed to completely relax the muscles. This is then followed by intense muscle work and stretching that leaves the client feeling relaxed, refreshed and full of energy.
The massage can be adapted to suit the client’s individual needs and claims to be particularly beneficial for athletes either pre or post-exercise.
The session is followed by a personalised consultation offering wellness and aftercare advice.
The treatment can be offered in either 60 or 90-minute sessions, and will form an additional option for spas as part of the Pure Massage Training Method.
The technique made its European debut at The Lanesborough Club and Spa in London and was offered by Beata at her exclusive wellness residency at The Dormy House Hotel and Spa earlier this year.
